The food itself was actually very good—the pho was flavorful and well-prepared. However, the rest of the experience was completely ruined by two major issues. First, the artificial air freshener/fragrance coming from the restroom was overwhelmingly strong and spread all the way into the dining area. It was so intense that the chemical scent literally clung to the dining seats and transferred onto my clothes/pants. I had to spend so much effort deep-washing and soaking my clothes after getting home just to get the smell out. Second, there is a serious lack of billing transparency. My menu item was $13.50, but after adding tax and a $2 tip, my card was charged $18.48 instead of the expected amount. On top of that, they didn't even provide an itemized receipt to explain the extra charge. Good food does not make up for terrible indoor air quality and sketchy billing practices. Will not be returning.

i’ve only been here twice and i just love how sweet the workers are. i only order the crispy shrimp appetizer and its soo good. the thai tea is good too, super sweet tho.

I’m a bit of a pho knob…. But I can’t complain about Pho 99 In Fremont… The atmosphere is nice… The service is excellent… fast and friendly. But the food topped it all off!….Everything here is delicious and comes out quickly and very consistent! I highly recommend this place. Ricky (The owner ) and his brother are awesome.! Must try this smoothies with your meal… The avocado and the mango are my favorite!

Very fast service, the food was delicious. Plenty of vegetarian and vegan options - confirm that it's vegan to make sure they don't use fish sauce. Nicely remodeled guest area, bathroom and staff area. I liked the decorations. They were open mid afternoon on a public holiday which was great.

Great place to go for a quick meal. We were seated promptly, order taken and delivered quickly. We had spring rolls and Grilled Beef and Shrimp over Vermicelli. Both tasted great. The spring rolls were especially fresh. Decor was basic, but very clean. Service was fast and efficient.
